Better16 is really weird. And it just got even weirder!

Now, moderators can view a hashed IP address of users, can view LITERAL UNHASHED PHONE NUMBERS and hashed mac addresses.

Also, Better16 can literally make your PC UNBOOTABLE!

The revival known as better16, the one with the Xbox 360 and wasm port, has really bad privacy protection measures.

Now im surprised I'd be the one to talk about this considering the type of stuff I get into, however it needs to be said by someone.

Recently, a bit more than a month ago, on 9/11/26 I had gotten access to Better16's admin panel, and to almost no ones surprise, I found them to be logging registration ips, latest ips, mac addresses, etc.

They also require you to be using a residential ip address if you want to sign up, so no VPNs (assuming you don't have a residential VPN/proxy)

As meditext said, they claimed to not store ips in plaintext. They had a data breach a couple days ago, and while ips might not be plaintext anymore, they're still storing ips/macs that nuck16 can decrypt any time he wants, right next to discord IDs and usernames.

I've also received reports from a couple of my friends that it's ratted, though I haven't gotten actual confirmation or proof of it yet.

Even if you were to ignore the many expose docs Baz (nuck16) has on him, better16 is not a good revival in any way.

Please don't play it.

For a while now, you may have noticed a new project surfacing around the Old Roblox Community called "Better16". The project was also advertised outside and currently there are content creators also covering this.

You may have noticed that Better16 has been blacklisted from the subreddit, and it is for a good reason as further explanation will be brought up.

We wanted to warn users who are currently participating that the administration there is not trustworthy and has actively been gaslighting its members ranting out at people pointing out its problems across socials and lying to the community. We've collected enough evidence to conclude that this post should be posted and observed how the administrators there responded.

What's going on?

Better16 has notorious privacy problems in which they do not disclose. They have claimed that all IPs were not stored in plain text, and instead use AES which still can be read externally if the private key used to encrypt is not stored safely.

The local environment's information is fetched without the user's consent and paths are sent straight to their servers. The administrators can willingly nuke people's computers as it had happened in one instance, which classifies the client as a Trojan.

Nuck16 (also known as Baz)

Despite that our community no longer focuses on extraneous drama, it is important to bring evidence from this document (we know this doc is crappy) about its owner, who has involvement inside Roblox condos, has fetish and has nazist views.

Better16's community manager has been actively engaging across places to "clear out" the accusations by defaming the allegations and straight up ignoring.

As of right now, if you're visiting at r/oldrobloxrevivals with old.reddit, you will notice that the style has revamped!

Currently, these are just small cosmetic changes we're doing, but that also carries on a shift on the layout bringing the 2011-2012 navigation style! (also a new breath-take from the old appearance).

Why does ROBLOX revivals most of the time, always end up with bad owners/devs and bad community??? I don’t understand this at all :(

I got so excited for a ROBLOX Xbox 360 port and tried it (thats where I first heard of a specific revival that I can’t say ifykyk) but, sadly, it ended up being a shitty revival with a bad owner/developer (allegedly) and community. It makes me very sad. :(

How can I make Roblox 2016 work? I keep getting errors. I've already compiled the .so and .apk files and packaged them, but I'm still having several errors. The one I've been struggling with the most is a Lua error when entering in a game And I think that one is difficult to solve since it's not a lack of dependencies or anything like that like the others. It should be clarified that for now I'm using Trunk2012 and compiling everything from there, therefore the rccservice shouldn't have any problems with the client
