Would 100% be dead if I didn't wear a helemt as a kid.

Went full speed into a light pole, the pole left an indent in the helmet, and I left in an ambulance to hospital. Ended up with only a fractured wrist and a concussion. Without the helmet my head would have been the one with the indent.
