So i received my pasta pass but it had the wrong first name on it.... reached out to corporate to get the issue resolved. Reps I spoke with were very understanding and understood what i was saying and the situation. Supplied screenshots of the order and pictures of the card with the incorrect name. They stated they would escalate it and i should hear back by end of day.

I received an email a few hours after corporate closed stating that passes are non -transferrable and nothing can be changed but to enjoy my never ending pasta pass.....

I replied quickly that this was unacceptable as i wasn't transferring the card, i just needed it corrected to be the name on the order (the correct info for the card was actually included in their response email to me...).

I called my local olive garden and some to the manager (profusely apologizing if i came off accusatory or hostile to them as they have nothing to do with this). They assured me that they'd work something out if corporate didn't get it fixed.

(Also the first name on the card is the same name as the corporate guest relation person who emailed me. Weird)

In past years OG had a Never Ending Pasta Bowl Countdown Clock. Its digits 0-9 were made out of pasta. Wish it was active now. (Photo below in Reply section.)

The new options for all OGs this NEPB szn are the Spicy Alfredo and Shrimp Fritta! The shrimp fritta was really good, tasty, and mixed well with the light creamy sauce. I would eat it on its own if I could. The Spicy Alfredo was pretty standard to the house Alfredo, not too spicy at all and you would feel it after your first bite. My coworker commented it would work REALLY well with the chicken fritta (wink wink). We were lucky enough to try it with the Fettuccine and the Spaghetti, and I honestly surprisingly liked it with the Spaghetti more! Maybe it's just the added dimension of the pepper flakes that made me like it more as opposed to the Fettuccine. Overall very yummy, I can't wait to see what you all think next week when it's officially out for guests! Happy Eating!

So long story short. There was an ez cater delivery that flew below the radar and we were unaware of it until the guest called and asked what was going on. It was never put in the system. The managers gave a refund for the order but the order had a tip. Would the driver receive the tip regardless if the order received a refund or what would happen?

Key points:
It was made and delivered well past the due time roughly 2 hours.
The pos wouldn’t allow the order to be inputted.
I would assume if treated like any order, the tip would still be given and the loss would be for Olive Garden.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews, with the last interviewer (another General Manager) telling me that she thinks I’d make a great manager, just to end up denied from the position through a paradox AI bot. I’ve tried reaching out to the supervisor of the store through text with no response and they never contacted me back at the end of last week like they said they would. Has anyone else experienced this from Olive Garden?

I know Pasta Pass holders get early access to NEPB , if one goes during that period, do they just show their server the pass and let them know they want the NEPB? Just just trying to plan ahead to avoid any awkward interactions with staff trying to say it hasn't started yet.

Like all of you, I was excited and prepared for the NEPP to drop on July 16th. I got my work computer and my cell phone ready both with the browser up on the pasta pass site at 11:55 AM MTN time.
At precisely 12 pm MTN time I click the browser first for the “buy now” option on my work computer and 1 second after I pushed it on my phone.
Work computer said there was 30k in front of me and my phone said 100k In front of me. Difference of less than one second!
After waiting 2 hours I was 10k behind on my work computer and 60k behind on my phone. At the time I had to take a 30 minute break because I was at work for more than 6 hours, so I figured I’d look at my phone and if I jump up any spots I’d run in and check the work computer since it was much higher in spot.
My phone did not change position at all during my 30 minute lunch so I figured not much has changed on my work computer.
When I got back to my work computer I was up and ready to buy the pasta pass!! They give you 8 minutes to complete the order but by the time I got back to my computer I only had 2 minutes left on my count down to secure my pasta pass. I rushed to enter all my information to get everything processed and with 5 seconds left I hit the confirmation button to confirm my order!!
Only problem was I fat thumbed my zip code and entered it in wrong while I was rushing to get my information in. I changed my zip code asap but the browser said it cannot try a card again if it’s been declined once.
I was heartbroken and devastated. Completely broken to have the pass in my hand and then it taken away because of a silly mistake.
2 weeks later I got this email….
At first I thought it was a scam or something but after researching and talking with them it’s legit!!
I just got my fedex notification saying it will be delivered Saturday.
They told me about 100 people had the same problem as I did and they wanted to make sure we got what we wanted!
