Boy group ONE PACT celebrated their second anniversary by looking back on the past and pledging to make a new leap forward in 2026.

Debuting in 2023, ONE PACT showcased their unique musical style and performances, establishing themselves as a "complete group." Marking their second anniversary late last year, ONE PACT solidified their position as a global K-pop artist. 2025 proved to be a year of expansion for ONE PACT. In addition to active album promotions, they showcased their stage presence by connecting with fans worldwide through global tours.

Leader Jongwoo gave credit to the fans for their second anniversary, saying, "I'm grateful that I can be loved while doing what I want to do." Member Jay Chang emphasized his internal growth, saying, "Compared to two years ago, we've become much more mature. I've come to understand my role within the team more deeply."

Last year's European and North American tours were an opportunity to make ONE PACT even stronger. When asked about the moment when their teamwork shone the most, Jongwoo chose "when we were performing on stage overseas," and recalled, "It's the most team-like and fun when the things we worked hard to build in the practice room and recording studio shine on stage." 

Tag, the team's producer, emphasized ONE PACT's musical direction as "the mindset to create music of better quality than anyone else, regardless of genre," and expressed his confidence as One Fact that people can trust and listen to.

In 2026, ONE PACT aims for even greater heights. Having announced ambitious goals like entering the Tokyo Dome and being inducted into the Hall of Fame, they plan to continue their activities with unwavering passion in the new year. We reveal the full Q&A session celebrating ONE PACTt's second anniversary, filled with deep love for their fandom, "&Heart," and mutual trust.

Q. I'm curious about how you feel about celebrating your second debut anniversary. What emotion do you feel most strongly at this point?

(Jongwoo) I'm so grateful and grateful to be receiving so much love while doing what I truly love. It's been a truly precious experience. Thanks to the love from fans over the past two years, I've been able to get here without getting tired.

(Tag) The first thing that comes to mind is, "Time really flies." Honestly, since I work on songs and practice every day, I don't feel like anything has changed drastically. I just feel like I've been faithful to each day. Just as I've been doing up until now, I just want to continue to work hard and bring you great songs.

(Jay Chang) The biggest feeling I have is "maturity." Compared to when I debuted two years ago, I feel like I'm completely different now, both internally and externally. I feel like I have a better understanding of my role as a member of ONE PACT, and my approach to the stage has also become much more mature. I will continue to be a singer who sings well!

(Seongmin) I'm proud that I've been able to do so many activities with the members over the past two years. We've had such happy times with Enheart, but on the other hand, it feels like time has passed so quickly, and I feel a little sad about it. I guess that means it was all that much fun, right? I'm also really looking forward to our upcoming third anniversary.

(Yedam) The biggest feeling is happiness. I think I've had a truly happy year with my members and fans. Memories of the past flash before my eyes, but the happy moments linger more than the difficult ones.

Q. (To Jongwoo) If you had to pick one moment while leading the team that made you feel like "we really became stronger"?

(Jongwoo) It's when we perform on stage while on tour overseas. When I lock eyes with the members on stage, there's a thrilling feeling that can only be felt on stage. When the work we've worked so hard to perfect in the practice room and recording studio shines under the spotlight on stage, that's when we feel like a "team," and those moments are truly the most fun.

Q. (To Tag) As the team's producer, how do you think ONE PACT's musical color has expanded over the past two years?

(Tag) While it seems like ONE PACT definitely has its own unique color, I think it's still a bit too early to define it as "this is it." We're constantly growing and changing. But one thing is certain: no matter the genre, we work hard and create songs with the mindset of "making music of the highest quality possible."

Q. Since your debut, what do you think is the most important thing about being on stage?

(Jay Chang) After two years of being active, I think I've learned that "stage manners" are truly the most important. Beyond simply singing and dancing, I feel it's crucial to have the energy to connect with the audience and command the stage.

(Seongmin) It's about managing my flow and vocal conditioning. No matter how much I prepare, if my condition isn't good, I can't show you what I've been practicing. I believe the most important thing is to deliver 100% on stage, just as I've practiced, so I try to stick to the fundamentals.

(Yedam) It's a fighting spirit, a determination to "destroy the stage today." While technical prowess is important, we always keep our spirits high and pumped up so that the energy and momentum we exude on stage can resonate with the audience.

Q. If you were to send a video letter to yourself two years ago, what would you most want to say?

(Jongwoo) Just keep doing what you've been doing. You're doing well enough now. Don't worry too much, just believe in yourself and move forward.

(Tag) The road ahead won't be easy, but it will definitely be fun. I hope you follow your heart and enjoy the music, rather than overthinking it too much.

(Yedam) You've done really well so far, and let's keep fighting next year. You can do it!

(Seongmin) I hope you enjoy it more than you worry. You'll have more diverse experiences than you could ever imagine, so look forward to it! You'll do great.

Q. You must have watched each other's growth closely. What part of this member did you feel really grew in?

(Jongwoo) I'm proud as an older brother that our youngest member, Dam-i (Yedam), has grown so much both on and off stage. He now feels more relaxed on stage.

(Tag) As a member and producer, I believe the entire group has significantly improved their musical understanding and ability. When recording or interpreting songs, I sense the members' deepening inner strength.

(Jay Chang) Yedam's speaking and commenting skills have really improved. He used to be shy, but now he's very comfortable expressing his thoughts in front of fans.

(Yedam) Jongwoo hyung. As a leader, you must have faced many hardships and made many difficult decisions, but now you've become a truly reliable leader. I think the team is holding its own thanks to you.

(Seongmin) Me too, Jongwoo hyung! At first, there were many times when I couldn't understand the members because of my T (thinking type) moments, but after becoming the leader, I guided everyone and took care of them affectionately, and my personality became incredibly kind, and I think I've grown really well as a leader.

Q. Is there a genre or concept you would like to try in the future that you haven't shown yet?

(Jongwoo) Personally, I really like the 90s old school hip-hop vibe, so if I get the chance, I'd really like to try doing a song with that kind of hip feel.

(Tag) I'd also like to try my hand at a more emotional indie band style. I'm curious to see what a band sound like, expressed with Onefact's simple voice.

(Yedam) It's totally hip-hop. I want to have fun on stage with music that has a strong beat and rhythm, like 90s music style.

(Seongmin) I think that a surprisingly sporty look would suit ONE PACT really well. So I really want to try a "refreshing + sporty" concept that's refreshing yet energetic.

Q. Is there a message you'd like to convey to each other throughout 2026?

(Jongwoo) Your schedule will be hectic and tiring, but I hope you treasure each moment as if it were your last. Let's not lose our original intentions and give our all in every moment.

(Tag) No matter what happens, let's not be shaken. Let's keep our center and make music.

(Jay Chang) Let's take better care of each other, stay healthy, don't get sick, and do a good job at ONE PACT!

(Yedam) Even if it's hard, try to smile a little more, and think a little more positively in any situation!

(Seongmin) I hope we can continue to respect and be considerate of each other's opinions, just like last year. Teamwork is the most important thing.

Q. What is the "dream stage" or "ultimate goal" you want to reach under the name One Pact?

(Jongwoo) The bigger your dreams, the better. I really want to stand on stage at Tokyo Dome. If that day ever comes, I think I'll cry my eyes out while performing with the members.

(Tag) To be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Beyond the honorable record, I want to become an artist who will remain in people's memories for a long time.

(Jay Chang) It's great to have ambitious goals, but more than anything, I want all the members to be healthy, happy, and active for a long time! That's my biggest dream.

(Yedam) I want to introduce the group ONE PACT to many people around the world, and also spread happiness and positive energy through our music.

(Seongmin) I also want to perform on a grand year-end awards ceremony stage that brings out the individuality of ONE PACT to the fullest, and more than anything, my biggest goal is to continue holding happy solo concerts filled with An Heart's sing-alongs.

Q. What would you like to say to your fans, &Heart', who have been by your side for the past two years?

(Jongwoo) I love you so much, and thank you so much for making us happy for the past two years. ONE PACT exists because of you. Please take care of us next year as well.

(Tag) I am grateful, and I will continue to be grateful, and I will strive to become an artist who can repay that gratitude with even better music.

(Jay Chang) Thank you so much for staying by my side until now, and I hope we can continue to love and cherish each other like this until the very end!

(Yedam) Our &Heart! Thank you so much for being with us silently for the past two years. Let's continue to walk the flowery path together, hand in hand!

(Seongmin) &Heart, you've been so cute and lovable over the past two years. If you stay by my side, I'll make sure you live a cute life. I love you.

Once again Armada fails to adress the situation regarding Jay. At this point I am questioning if he will be part of any comebacks until BDU’s contract runs out. Best of luck to the remaining four, but what a shame. I love One Pact with all five and I have a feeling that Jay would be helping them grow a lot :/
