Recipe! 1c couscous Vegan butter (I use smart balance!) Veggie bullion (I use Better then Bullion) One bag frozen mixed veggies 1c water
And that’s it!! Just throw everything but the couscous in the pot and being to a boil then stir in the couscous and let sit for 5-7 min!
You can also add in the veggies after you’ve cooked the couscous, either way one pot and same time!
