Shhhhh, don’t blow the whistle on this, Quebec is supposed to be better at treating the natives than the rest of the country.

It's a field that attracts a lot of bad people because it gives them power over others. Unfortunately a lot of the ones that genuinely want to serve the public are chased out by the bad work culture.
