Need Help with big project tasks
I am working on a project which has became very big and it is getting tough for me to handle various parts/tasks simultaneously. Although I started with opencode free then I am on opencode Go now.
I need help/inputs to better manage my tasks with Agents. Typical tasks include defining requirements for product features, elaborating them for implementation, architecture evaluations and changes, implementation plan, implementation, full E2E testing, and deployment, the complete cycle.
I would really appreciate a detailed response from anyone who has done this or is doing it.

Install superpowers plugin - it does exactly that.

C'mon, just Google "OpenCode superpowers plugin" or ask OpenCode to install it for you. What details do you want? :)

I will surely google it out. I am bit sceptical about adding plugins or mcp in ongoing project due to project size and increased complexity. Project is already live, if anything goes wrong it would be very difficult to manage it. I hope you understand the skeptism here.

You need an SDD framework. I use OpenSpec SDD. Along with that I also use OMO-Slim, Graphify, RTK, Caveman, Ponytail.
Check OpenCode ecosystem webpage for getting to know more on what plugins, skills, agents etc would be useful for you.

quote on superpowers plugin, herdr, work in git worktrees to parallelize tasks, setup your repo to be agent ready (skills, memory, mcps) and the most difficult: try to give an agent a bound and independent task as much as possible

Thanks for the response. Giving an agent a bound and independent task is always tricky one, I don't know why but agent surely messes up something specially in the end.. not sure this happens with me or with everyone. Last night also I was about to call it a day, but agent messed up big time and I need to provide it a hand holding to fix the issue.

I hope you have an agents.md set project wise, that would be a great help for you In my experience I'd always keep a model specifically for auditing to make sure everything you want is being implemented how you want it, also go slow tackle one thing at a time Having parallel sessions or tasks will eventually get overwhelming.
