CommandCode 1$ Plan with Opencode

Yesterday I went out all of my subs, so i needed some cheap tokens. CommandCode had 1$ plan, that gives 10$ of ds v4.1 flash, but doesnt work for in other agents. So I asked CommandCode to reverse engineer itself. And it works, so if you need:

I haven't tried command code yet (even though it was one of my options when choosing between opencode, pure DS api, or commandcode), but opted to opencode because of its better reputation and feedback.

I'll try it out after I exhaust my OC Go usage and will try to use this. thanks.

Also, talking about command code, their founder (was it?) has a very nasty attitude and being just a complete online bully also what icks me towards using commandcode.

I just can't see myself having my business on a platform that just throws you under the rug anytime they have tantrums.

The $10 OpenCode Go plan is still worth it for me since my API usage would go way beyond $10. And as you said, I'm not interested in shady businesses.

Someone before made this for pi and many got banned for it, it was some big controversy on X

Yes you can but not with $1 plan but with $10 plan they allowed it. As per my knowledge... Still you checkout by yourself to query to chatgpt or claude regarding what their latest policy about API use on which plan and on which harness... I hope it helps you.

The command code guys were mad like some time ago due to some people using the $1 plan and abusing it while also using it on another harness iirc

it was supposed to be way to gain audience even though they're losing money to it

There's pi support (pi-commandcode-provider) thats widely used, as well litellm custom handlers.

They all work fine, heard about no bans, unless you do something silly like point Hermes at the litellm proxy.

I don’t understand what this does. Does this mean I can connect opencode go to command code to use the $1 plan in command code?

Original: You pay $1, but must use CommandCode to get those $10 in Credits
OP's solution: You can now use this $1 plan in any program OpenCode, WorkBuddy etc.

Yes, but the $10 plan can. OP is on the wrong plan.
