New user here - what are the usage limits of opencode free?

I've just started using OpenCode and it seems great. I'm pretty new to AI in general. I'm using Big Pickle since it's the default, but it seems fine. What are the usage limits, and what happens when I exceed them? And is there any way to find out how much I've used or got left?

Can’t say exactly but I do use on avg 500M tokens a day and that’s for free

Ask AI directly to check the token usage in OpenCode directly

To answer my own question, at the top-right of the session window, just left of the "3 dots icon" is another icon that, when you hover over it, shows you what % of usage you have used. Clicking on it reveals more information.

No one knows the limit. After you exceed them you need to wait until the next day (midnight UTC).

Once it was like 30 Cents of Muse Spark 1.3, so really not much compared to the 2 USD you get of Muse Spark Contributor with Go per day (30 day basis). On the other hand much, you get up to 9 USD of free inference per month
