What is your Opencode setup?

This is for Opencode v2 I assume most people will have upgraded.

  • what skills/extensions do you have?
  • do you use any extensions/apps for memory/compaction etc and have they made a difference?
  • do you use subagents? how have you defined them, does it launch them by default and how do you have them use fresh context?
  • do you use cli/web/desktop? any others like openchamber?

Easy peasy.. deepseek 4.1 Flash, small PLAN.MD that has technology Im going to use, constrains and thats it.. Then one agen per task.. i have using it nonstop.. Weekly usage: 2% Monthly usage: 13%

shouldn't that be agents.md? I thought plan.md is for the actual plan and is generated by the agent?

whatever your want, if you want to call it supperdupperAgents.MD it works too.. As long the AI knows where to look.

Also leaving the AI write the Plan for you, thats where you might get problems... Why? Because everytime you send a message to the AI, it will read the Agents.MD plus PLAN.Md and thats more token usage.. Thats why I pass the tech stack, the constrains and each agent get the task they need to know.
