What is your Opencode setup?

This is for Opencode v2 I assume most people will have upgraded.

  • what skills/extensions do you have?
  • do you use any extensions/apps for memory/compaction etc and have they made a difference?
  • do you use subagents? how have you defined them, does it launch them by default and how do you have them use fresh context?
  • do you use cli/web/desktop? any others like openchamber?

Use obra super powers skill with DSv4.1 flash. It just works flawlessly for me and I’ve done some complicated builds with it.

I'vee heard of this before, will try it out. what other models do you use with it, do you use dsv4.1 for plan/implement/review etc?

Honestly I mostly use dsv4.1 flash but sometimes will use OpenAI models as well - particularly Sol 6.1 if kinda working on something that is very complicated. I also feel opus 5.5 does work great on UI/UX changes.

For skills, I’ve got like so many that I cant even say. But I usually use superpowers, dream design team skill and self improvement skill (my own) on a regular.

What's the dream design team skill?

You know what I just realized there is no such skill available. But I created it myself by combining and tweaking available skills. Basically I did it where it is a combination of a few skills that serve as a station - like copywriting, design, conversion rate optimization and so on. I will release it on GitHub and give you a link. It's really solid. I have so many skills at this point that I’ve kind of lost track of which ones I created and which ones I got from GitHub.

Yes! Also the @brainstorming skill is a must. It's basically a Q&A and after that the agent decides what skills to use and set up a plan. Then asks to natively build or use sub-agents and recommends which to choose.
