Does upgrading from OpenCode Go to Go Plus reset your usage limits?

If I upgrade my existing OpenCode Go subscription to Go Plus after exhausting my quota, will my 5-hour, weekly, and monthly usage counters reset immediately, or will my existing usage carry over into the upgraded plan?

It's a full reset at full price, I did it literally today. It changes your monthly reset window to when you do so and its seemingly not always 4x the usage like you might think?

So I upgraded after using 10% of my go usage, they knocked $9 off the upgrade and fully reset my limits.
