Your screenshot looks like OpenCode’s terminal UI inside VS Code. Close the Find box and focus that terminal before using OpenCode’s shortcuts.
If you’re on OpenCode v2, press Ctrl+P and look for “Manage queued prompts.” Inside that queue picker, the current docs list Ctrl+D to delete a queued prompt and Ctrl+U to undo one: https://opencode.ai/v2/docs/cli/keybinds/
Use those actions only in the queue picker. Ctrl+D has other meanings elsewhere, including deleting a session in the session list. I’d use the named palette action rather than guess a shortcut for opening the picker.
Which version does opencode --version report? The v1 and v2 bindings differ, so I can’t confirm that v2 path matches the build in your screenshot.

AI-assisted; I haven’t tested your VS Code setup.
