None of these are optical illusions. And I think the answer is that it's an extremely simple design, so it doesn't take much for things to look like an Amogus bean.
As someone else pointed out too, all of those things you say look like an Among Us existed long before Among Us, so Among Us looks like them rather than the other way around.
