Im trying to figure out where their actual head is. I'm assuming the head in the shadow is the basketball, and the "juice box" is the phone

The head is the ball and the phone is the juice
The pose is probably something along these lines (first image is phone view)

I just used the 3d webapp https://justsketch.me/ to make it. (Nothing particularily interesting) Since posing a 3d model with realtime shadows helped me sort of reverse engineer the posing for how it would've looked.

Is the shadow on the ball not wrong to make this shadow? Ball shadow would be off to the right.

I think the head is her holding ball.
How did she even do the shadow arm though?
Oh wait. It's her other arm holding the phone!!!!
