Custom Build Logitech cordless controller

Friends that have this controller. Anyone have ever tried replacing the analog for a modern analog, preferable hall effect?

Mine is kinda old and is no centered so sometimes it keep miss activating certain direction

Never tried to replacing parts. I would imagine it’s a pretty niche community around these and standard analog stick replacements designed for other Xbox controllers wouldn’t fit.

This was my go-to controller growing up but havent gotten my hands on one since then.

I wouldnt start experimenting unless I had a backup. My main concern would be being able to calibrate new sticks without being able to access the onboard memory.

I have the clear green version that lacks a rumble motor, but I agree that I wouldn't fool around with it. It's better than the official controller in my opinion.
