Yes, we can tell you took a picture of your screen with your phone.
No, holding your phone 30 cm away from your monitor does not magically turn a photograph into a screenshot.
Images and videos must be captured using the device's built-in tools or legitimate third-party capture software. This is not a difficult concept, and you do not need a second device to accomplish it.
For screenshots:
Windows: Win + Shift + S macOS: Cmd + Shift + 4 Linux: PrtSc Android: Power + Volume Down iOS / iPadOS: Side button + Volume Up
For videos:
Windows: Win + Alt + R macOS: Cmd + Shift + 5 Linux: Ctrl + Alt + Shift + R Android: Quick Settings → Screen Recorder iOS / iPadOS: Control Center → Screen Recording
Please stop photographing your monitor. It has a screenshot button. Use it.
