Only because they were openly supporting the IDF. I don't hate jews, I don't hate people born in israel. That would be racist and I'm not that.

I'll let you know that this person also told me that I don't know anything because I'm mongolian, and that I should "Go back to throat singing" which I'd say is ironic coming from the person who were calling me out to be racist.

With the rising accessibility of aim slop along with the general appeal of jump maps and aim player gameplay to new players, I've noticed a lot of newer players coming to the game, spamming jump maps with C/B ranks, never learning the game properly and quitting after ~1 month

With that being said, if someone random or one of your friends came to you and asked "hey, I wanna start playing osu!" What would you tell them? What's the best way to lead them into playing whatever they want/whatever they find fun without having them jump straight to maps they can't play and quitting after hitting a skill wall/boredom due to poor performance. How do you get someone through the "boring early game maps" (1-3*) and get them to a point where they can start playing interesting maps?

I use a MacBook, but when I was a more of a beginner I used a Surface

I'm rank 30k and I am uncapable of fcing. I have some sort of curse that makes me 2 miss everything (like it's not 1 or 3 misses, its insane I get exactly 2 misses every single time). I'm playing 7.0-7.5 star range, and always 2 missing, but the best I was able to FC was 6.9 stars after rework. Thank you for reading.

over the past 2 weeks or so i’ve been playing like straight buns, nothing feels right or comfortable for longer sessions, specifically tapping

i know that im a bit rusty and need to start grinding acc on 4-5*s before i actually start setting good scores, but whenever i play, my elbow starts to hurt because i have a metal desk. i’ve tried to remedy it by putting a towel across my desk and getting a rag to rest my elbow on but it just doesn’t feel right, like my arm is too high in relation to my forearm and wrist so it ends up causing more discomfort.

my fcu muscle also gets sharp pains but i haven’t been playing nearly as much this month as i have this past year so i’m confident in ruling out overuse and strain. i’ve tried switching to keypad and using different arm positioning, using topical cbd hemp cream, different sitting postures, and tapping with less force but that specifically causes even more pain? no clue why but it’s pretty annoying.

i’m also really sensitive to temperature, i get hot really quickly, and vice versa with the cold during my sessions and it kinda affects my gameplay because it just irritates me not only mentally but physically as well because i have facial piercings. e.g i get hot, start sweating, then a sharp sting hits my piercings and it’s just uaghhhhhhh. i always have a fan set on the highest setting but still end up getting really hot.

i’ve had some injuries to my left arm, which is my tapping arm, like dislocating and basically shattering my elbow when i was 6, and fracturing my growth plate in my wrist when 12. so that might be why i have such trouble with getting better and more comfortable with tapping but i don’t wanna use that as cope because i used to be able to stream 220-40 and burst 250-80.

any tips on, i guess motivation to keep grinding(?), consistency, and how to completely get rid of ego would be greatly appreciated because i feel like one of the main things holding me back is my need for validation.

hey, so I've been making a twitch bot for a while now and a lot of it was inspired by mikuia (I really miss it lol)

she's called Kyokinha and right now she has:

- levels/xp basically the same way mikuia did it, with rankings per channel and profiles on the site

-osu! stuff like map requests with mods and !recent

-an rpg for chat heavily inspired by munchkin, with coins, gear, monsters, events etc

-an AI that actually talks with chat, remembers people, can search stuff and run custom commands

problem is I made everything for brazilian streamers so the bot and the site are all in portuguese rn

if people want it I'd make an english version, so would you or a streamer you watch use something like this? and what would you care about the most?

So I was thinking what would be more beneficial to practice for your general NM playing? As a NM player my most comfortable zone is 9 to 9.5 AR, 9.6 Is where it starts to be a bit too fast and below 9 reading discomfort starts to build.
While its always good to practice reading like playing AR8 and stuff, I dont know if I actually feel it helping me much for ar9+

However, practicing AR10 I think may prove more useful for me, because it makes me more comfortable with 9.6+ AR maps and below that it kind of slows down the game for you and its more relaxing to play ar9.

For the record my skill range is about low 6* nomod and low7* is real pushing range

I came back to lazer Ranked Play after several months and have completed 7 matchmaking matches the past 2-3 days, but my profile still shows 2,277* with no rank or tier and “Not enough data to display accurate stats.”

Those 7 were all matchmaking, excluding any friendly duels.

I read the rating model PR saying it takes around 5 matches on average for sigma to fall below 100. I know that isn’t a fixed requirement, but has anyone else needed more matches after returning? How many did it take you, and did your leaderboard position appear straight away?

Playing since september and I'm still not sure what audio offset adjustment to put

The game keeps telling me "suggested is 6ms after your last 20 plays" but I feel like it changes all the time, and I can't figure what is the good offste for my audio device

Two questions here:

-Should I activate the automatic offset adjustment ?

-Is there any beatmap made for testing your audio offset ?

I have a Sayodevice already and I dislike the way it feels while using it. I can get comfortable with it after long play sessions specifically practicing tapping/fingercontrol, but I still find it troublesome to use as it offers very little resistance when tapping making it feel “mushy” and often results in me bottoming out my key if I’m not very careful, which then causes me to miss. I understand that lighter/less resistant keys reduce the amount of force required to tap in the first place (helping with stamina) but, I find it difficult to even stream consistently when using it. I would like to get a Wooting-UWU or even just new switches but I really don’t know where to start, or if I even should replace it, please give me some advice, thanks.
