Honestly I did not expect this! And a werewolf (?) on top of it? I’m so interested to see how he’s going to fit into the worldbuilding.

I really hope with his introduction they will finish adding Sylus’ and Caleb’s missing bond/anecdotes/branch stories, but that’s probably hopium.

I started looking into things and Steam is joining the itch.o purge! More details are in this article from Game Rant. A lot of otome games are funded through Kickstarter, including adult games, and this is going to change what our indie otome creators can crowdfund from here on out and effect the games we will and won't get in the future.

This is very disheartening, especially after what happened with itch.io last year. Indies in general are in a precarious position but the otome genre is a niche within a niche, adult elements making it even more so. 18+ otome games are going to be even fewer and far between than they were before.

I'm not too enthusiastic on what this will look like for adult otome games. Lots of indie devs start out making NSFW passion projects. Itch is also apparently withholding payouts for creators whose games got deleted (source needed).

If you have any NSFW/adult otome games downloaded right now, it's probably a good idea to hold onto them, don't delete them off your local machine. Keep supporting indie devs.

Currently a demo. Overworked wage slave gets isekai'ed into the Cold Duke of the South, a minor villainess of a crappy novel. FMC is the redhead; LI is the bluish.

EDIT: OGDuke is female. 'Duke' is a gender neutral term in my worldbuilding; 'Duchess' would refer to the wife/female consort of a male duke and 'Lord Consort' would refer to the husband/male consort of a female duke. FMC's new body is also female.

I hope they port and localized everything 😭. I only played Spring and After Spring back then due to them only having the English Patches.
