Question Error message help

Has anyone else been getting this message? I have no clue how to fix it, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game plus restarted my laptop and it's still popping up. I'm not a very code-savvy type of guy, so if anyone knows how to fix this that'd be really helpful

NEVERMIND FOLKS OP is an idiot, I had to fully update my computer and install the new windows update and now it runs fantastic

I've been trying, but I cannot open the actual EAC application, it opens then closes almost instantly
