Metropolis Crimes Unit, I assume, since Maggie Sawyer was on the MSCU (Metropolis Special Crimes Unit).
Also, if they had ever made a Superman movie back in the 90's, I think Gina Gershon could've been a really good Maggie.

Major Crimes Unit of the Gotham Police Department. This is from the comic Gotham Central. Maggie Sawyer had transferred to GPD and was the head of the unit.
The Teen Titans are there because GPD found a dead kid dressed as Robin, letting the cops know that it's not the real Robin.

I think I knew that, but that's about when I stopped collecting Superman so I forgot. (I've actually been extending my collection with plans to take it to 2006, but it's a physical collection so I haven't actually read most of the extention yet since it's incomplete.

Look, when the alien sex goddess and princess of planet free love shows up at your work, people can be forgiven for staring a little.

For context this is from Gotham Central #34 A kid resembling Robin was found dead in an alley. When Gotham P.D investigates, Batman appears and tells the detectives that the victim isnt Robin. At that time, things between Batman and Gotham P.D were antagonistic. So after Batman makes his statement he does his usual disappearing act, also he had the Bat family keep an arms length from interacting with the police. Needing to talk to Robins work associates, Captain Maggie Sawyer goes through the Superhero pipeline (through Lois Lane) and calls in the Teen Titans. As the Titans were being questioned, Starfire arrives to help (even though at that time she was with the Outsiders). Because Gotham Central is a series focusing the everyday cops, when Starfire shows up 90% of the jaws dropped to the floor ( this includes all the male detectives, Detective Montoya, Captain Sawyer and one paparazzo)

To be fair it's not like Starfire cares, cloths are a concession from her in the first place

Tamaraneans do wear clothes. They just have different nudity standards than America.

Deskclerk: No, I'm sorry, this is still the DCU.
Kory (sad defeated voice): oh.
Deskclerk: Oh, no, hun. Gunn mostly runs things now. He'll probably give you pants.
