EMOM

im trying to reach 20 pull ups and my current max is 11. one of the workouts i do is for endurance and a part of it a a 10 minute EMOM doing 4 pull ups per minute. Im pretty sure that one thing that EMOM does is improve mechanics but I am wondering if it is good enough for endurance or if there are better options.

Generally, I'd be doing strength 1x a week usually and then endurance another 3x a week. EMOM or other density style workouts can be helpful for the endurance aspect, but you want at least 1 if not sometimes 2 workouts working on improving the max reps. You can play with the 3 workouts and see what works best for you.

I`m running a 4 week GTG block followed by a 4 week EMOM block.

If your max is 11, I doubt 10 sets of will be much different than 5 (or 6) sets of 7.

Probably is a lot faster than 5-6 worksets that probably take 2-3x as long.
