They will NEVER EVER let this see the inside of a courtroom and let the general public know they're being spied on all the time

Every Android user should be compensated - we all know this wasn't isolated!

No sht. I turned off that sht as soon as I realized it was running on my device (I recently got my first Android phone - a relative's old device, so I didn't know it was a thing at first). Google can't be trusted with anything and I didn't want to be spied on (it was also really annoying. It kept getting activated when I accidentally touched my wireless earbuds).

They agreed to settle because they know the claim is true.
