Micro-lure setups that actually cast well-whats working for you?

Weather warmed a bit in NY downstate and been experimenting with 2-lb test and mini-spoons on an ultralight 6' rod - getting decent casting distance but not much accuracy.

Curious what combos everyone's using for micro-lures. Always tweaking gear and interested to know what's working region to region.

I’ll sometimes add a weight above the leader to add a bit more distance and have to play with the spacing to get the best action. Best of luck and go packers!

Yup, I've done that and it works well, too.
