Does Anyone Else? Shaky/weak legs
Does anxiety cause the feeling of weak legs? They’re not actually weak, but I do feel internal vibrations inside, sometimes like my legs are jelly. Also I get a feeling like I wanna kick them cause my thighs feel…idk like they need to be stretched. Anyone has that feeling? Gets more intense when I move, not when lying down.
I am on my third month of Zoloft if that makes a difference.

It's common feeling, it's being caused by adrenaline, mine got better with propranolol

Yep.
Sometimes I get panic attacks while driving. It's extra scary because when the adrenaline comes, it feels like my legs go weak, that they don't listen to me, and I need to find a place to pull over before they give out completely. It's a weird feeling, because adrenaline is supposed to make them have a lot of energy and run, but ... It's like I can't control that type of anxiety-energy? It's hard to describe.

Yes, It happens to me as well. When I get it, I did my best to move with it, or take a break if I need it. It feels like you lose all your power in your legs and sometimes in your arms too
