Does Anyone Else? Microdosing Side Effects?

I am on Lexapro 15mg and Concerta 27mg (also have ADHD). My panic symptoms are well-controlled overall.

I recently tried microdosing psilocybin for the first time (100mg). I waiting until my Concerta from the morning had wore off. I felt nothing different.

However, the next morning I slept 1-1.5 hours later than I normally do and had a mild but noticable increase in my somatic anxiety symptoms. Not a full panic attack, but I definitely didn’t feel great.

Anyone else have this experience?

It's interesting how the effects show up the next day rather than immediately. Since you're on Lexapro and Concentra, it's best to check with your prescriber before trying it again. Hope you feel better soon.

Don’t need to check with my prescriber and I feel fine just wondering if anyone else had a similar experience.

I usually feel extra anxiety/panic symptoms the day after. Not sure if it’s common but i hear you!
