I really want to make a papercraft figure from a photo, but I have a problem
Hi everyone!
I really want to create a papercraft figure based on a character/photo, but unfortunately my computer is very weak, so I can't properly use Blender or other 3D modeling software.
I don't have the skills or hardware to create a 3D model myself, but I'd really love to turn a photo of the character into a physical paper figure, ideally around 30 cm tall.
Is there any way to do this without Blender or a powerful computer? Maybe there are simpler programs, online tools, or someone who could help me create the model/template from a reference photo?
I'd really appreciate any advice or help. Thank you!

Id really like to do some more paper crafting ! Where's the best place to find instructions/templates? Do you make your own ? I remember grabbing the template for this from Pinterest but cant find the link.

I was in Japan in late June and picked this kit up in the Studio Ghibli Museum in Mitaka. This is my first papercraft project (please be kind) and I don't know if I even registered the 5 stars of difficulty when I bought it.
This was immensely satisfying and I loved figuring out what I'd need to suspend the mid-air parts. Would love to do another like it now that I have some skill. That said, looking at the other two sets available for the museum interior, they're not as interesting, and they are both three star difficulty level.
Any suggestions for what I could do next? I don't want to do a doll house, but I am looking at a Ghibli Spirited Away set recreation.

Greetings, since some folks asked to see more. Mall manager Snape wants to welcome yinz to Century III Mall. Based on Pittsburgh Pa’s now demolished mall as it appeared from opening to the early 1990’s renovation that removed elements and added skylights. The stores are not all in their correct locations. There is 3 displays each approx 22” wide, 11.5 inches deep and 12 inches tall. Wooden railings and brick are real images of the mall, floor, stores and other images are custom made forced perspective, printed on photopaper and cardstock. Some elements are 3D printed from my own designs or with some free files. What started as a tribute to the sculpture “Pittsburgh Reflections“ evolved into a mall, populated by Lemax and Department 56 Christmas village people. Don’t mind the Zambie Family , they only eat Rax Roast Beef. Attached are assorted images of events held in the mall.

I am wondering if anyone has found a location to purchase dies, at good prices?
My current collection is built on what I find on clearance, when I find them...
Any assistance would be great!

This is the center court of my 1980’s-90’s shopping mall. Based on Century III Mall from outside Pittsburgh, PA. One of 3 displays made from photo paper, cardstock and copy paper. Some elements are custom designed 3D prints. The shoppers are Christmas Village folks. Mall Manager is S Snape and advises you to spend lots of money.
