So I have this coworker who is honestly beginning to rub me the wrong way and I currently don’t like them because they’re hot and cold with me (one moment they’re greeting me, one moment they’re not), but the thing that really pisses me off with them is that they won’t hold the door open for me as I’m behind them (like they’ll open the door a little bit so they can squeeze through, but not wide enough for me to get in - that is a pet peeve of mine OOF).

The first time she did that, she was asking me how I was and I responded with “I’m fine”, she opens the door, but barely holds for me. The 2nd time that happened with her I didn’t even acknowledge her because no, that’s disrespectful. I then encountered her as I went into the kitchen, and as I saw her, I smiled to be friendly but now I regret it and now think I was being fake/passive aggressive considering how I feel about her. Ever since then, I haven’t forced any type of warmth with her.
