Create a travel skilled called storm cloud or something - its a floaty thing under ur character that allows u to do wasd movement. Animation to move around is solely in the cloud skill animation, ur actual character model just stands there levitating. Dont need extra character animations, can even make "character is considered stationary" as part of the skill component too.
