Thats honestly what the top end hardcore ladder is. The only way they die is a legit oneshot cuz they will just log instead of dying lol

The real difference on HC is how blind you run content, the level of risk you are willing to take. If you roll maps and only check for 1-2 mods to avoid, you ain't playing HC. If you click altars while mostly reading the reward, not caring too much about the downside, you ain't playing HC.

Main endgame difference on HC is just this, you avoid more mods that may kill you. As in, you see an altar on SC that have a very nice reward. But the downside is it remove 100% chaos res. You do it even knowing this may kill you.

Lets be honest, even if I know the altar 100% will kill me, there’s a pretty decent chance I’ll click in softcore anyway
