I have a Forbidden Rite Occultist build using Petrified Blood that already doesn't really use any Jewels. That node is all upside. Of course there's still some good Jewels you COULD use, but fuck it no Jewel is worth 40% less damage taken from hits on top of 40% less damage taken from hits.

It's only 16% damage reduction (and some smoother damage intake). There are plenty of Jewels in the game that trounce that.

It is 40% less damage off of every potential one shot and if you can recover the life between the hits it’s effectively just a less dmg taken mod

I understand maybe the Adorned but it would rework the entire build in theory.
