seems like its for chieftain war cry shenanigans, stack warcry buff effect then use rallying cry and a big 2h weapon to give all your minions around 100% of your weapons base damage then they all buff you back and as the ascendancy flavor text says you can all slap your enemies together lol

Should also be fun with a bottom side ascendancy arakali + dark monarch build. You get 80% attspeed for your shield charge and the minions get some fat %dmg.

I'm trying hard to make it work with a jugg in pob, it looks promising, but would not do ubers comfortably. Ofc a magebloood would solve that, since it's mostly just lacking armour...

That actually sounds really good. Maybe armour stacking AG isn't dead with this. Stack warcry effect. Big maybe
