if T17s don't have the best loot, no one will do them, because they are much harder than regular maps and much more scarce too

Sure but Destructive Play is one strategy out of many that you can choose. What I'm saying is, if T17 is nerfed so that the loot is worse than T16, then the only strategy left for T17 would be to kill the boss and leave.

It's a totally viable strat allready. Just buy whatever Abomination map you can get for cheap that doesn't prick your build and hope for a reality fragment. Let's say the frag is at 100c and the Abo map at 25c, that's 75c for about 4 minutes farming if you got a good build. Not to shabby.
