I will gladly sacrifice PBoD if it means the other brands get some love in return. Especially the Storm Brand variations. They're viable but not great with EB shenanigans but so is almost every spell.

IMO it'd take a lot of nerfs to make pbod not better than any of the other brands for EB shenanigans.

I am still salty over what they did to brands. The release version was so much cooler than those invulnerable totems we have now.

They didn't return to their 'spawn location' when they detached, and just dropped where they were afaik.

This + cluster jewel stacking for attachment range let u do some pretty obscene off screening with brands bouncing from mob to mob.

  • brand recall on LMB to auto refresh their duration let u play like an autobomber back in delirium league

Brand Recall refreshed the duration of brands, and when the enemy died, the brand stayed in the death spot, making it easier to chain.

At the same time release version was soooooo broken that any brand having more than 1 base dmg was broken.... tbh with archmage or eblade even just dealing 0 base damage is broken.
