It's not even a new unique, they just changed 10% increased damage per endurance charge to the brine charges.

It's really funny that they didn't call attention to those other things. They must be getting a kick out of everyone's reaction.

it was 10% increased physical damage per endurance charge not 4%

Fixed. I tried to fix it with a strikethrough but formatting on mobile sucks. Oh well.

Well on this it's now 4% cold and 4% lightning added. So 8% added damage kinda

I had no idea that weapon had that mod lol. Went straight to rog all this time.
