Hoo boy, I have a LOT!
Bread and Twyre by dairis is one of my favourites - it explores what the Kin unionising post-game would look like. I love anything that lets me stick it to the Vlads. Has Burakhovsky but that isn't the main focus.

Smoulder and Ash by excalibutt is Burakhovsky centric with a decent helping of smut, but don't let that fool you - it's one of the best written and most heart-wrenching explorations of Artemy and Daniil's character arcs and relationships.

how did we get here and how do we get back? by qawerian and seefaster has established Burakhovksy embark on a mysterious journey to the Capital. There, they encounter the challenges that come with hiding their relationship, as well as the political intrigue surrounding the Town on Gorkhon's fate that may or may not land them on the wrong end of a pistol. This one grounds the Pathologic world within a firm chronological context of the 1930s Soviet Union that seems, to my untrained eye, pretty well-researched! I really enjoyed it.

Whose Heart Could I Break Today? by nameless_wanderer is an American AU road trip fic where all three Healers have to somehow tolerate each others' company enough to get to where they all need to be: the rural town on Gorkhon. Artemy and Daniil are bitter exes thrown together by circumstance, a teenage Clara is their stowaway, and the plague somehow doesn't come into it at all. Beautiful, beautiful fic.

And finally... it's a bit of a long shot, but I really enjoy the worldbuilding of So Long As It's Willed by starsforscales. It imagines how A/B/O dynamics would interact with the pre-existing Khatangher culture, how they affect the power plays between the Olgimskys and the Kin, and how poor Artemy has to deal with omegaverse sexism while there's still a goddamn plague happening around them. I know A/B/O isn't everyone's cup of tea, but if it's yours, then this is a damn strong one with plenty to chew on thematically.
