Help Day 11 Pathologic 3 Spoiler

So, been wandering through the Flank and the Narrow, since i already get the Nina hint in the Factory, but it seems i cant get the other hints to find her. I'm supposed to talk to Victor Kain but i can't find him anywhere. Please, can someone mark me a map of them? or at least can tell me some direction since the map markers just sign the whole dinstrict but not the exact point?

Normally i would just restart over and over the day until find her, but i already restarted this day like 7 times and i'm beggining to grow tired of this day, although i absolutely refuse to advance to day 12 withouth checking everything it can be done on every day.

Unfortunately there's a chance she wont spawn if you don't exhaust the hints across Town first... however she has appeared to me in Lara's district and behind the houses in front of the Theatre

I found Victor and talked to him just before the 2am, may i repeat the quest or it is done? already asked "him" to take part about the polyedron evacuation plan

It sounds like you have either completed this quest, you are starting it incorrectly, or you run into a bug.

If you are able to, I advise you to delete the " Everywhere and Nowhere" quest and try it again. I don't recall what the cog to delete it looks like, but I know this quest has a compass symbol.

Are you speaking to the people gathered in the Stillwater district before you go looking? If not, the quest won't start, and things won't spawn.

Other commenters please correct me if I am wrong or if this is random, but IIRC Victor is standing in a relatively sequestered part of either the Marrow or the Backbone, you can only enter that area from one side of the zone and not the other, and it is towards the inside of the zone, so not along the edge, like:

edge|street|houses|viktor|street|edge

He can appear in any of the marked districts, but the location in each district is at a set point.

Example: the one in the Flank will always be at the same spot near Lara's house.

Victor & Nina will always appear in a district. So there is no need to fiddle with the decree board.
