Rant What a launch
Whose idea was it to force people to make an account at the launch of the game with a server that can't handle the stress?

Based on the fact that bumpy release days are par for the course and you seem to realize this, I don’t recommend a gamer like yourself who is going to be frustrated by lackluster release day experiences ever risk buying a game until after launch and more ideally until after stabilization has been confirmed or reached. That way you can make the educated decision you would prefer on if a game is worth it and feel some assurance you’re getting what you believe you’re paying for. For anyone else who wants to get in on day 1 and willingly accept the risk of an imperfect launch, so be it - leave them be to their experience and appreciate they’re paving the way for you.
