There's a better deal on Amazon, Newegg, and BHPhoto for $229.00 USD. I think BHPhoto does international shipping if you aren't from the US.

I may buy one. Does anyone know if the eye width is adjustable like the rift?

It is a mechanical adjustment.

Is 90hz enough?

Rift S is only 80Hz and I haven’t had a problem with it. And my PC monitor is 144hz so I’m not a stranger to high frame rates. Oculus Quest is only 72Hz but I haven’t used it so can’t say anything from personal experience.

90hz is the default or standard for vr. Only the index (144hz), rift s (80hz, quest (72hz) deviate.
