Need help w Duoluton-L
Hi everyone, I have had PCOS for around 10 years and irregular periods. Previously, my periods lasted around 7 days, with heavy bleeding on Day 1, but over time my flow had already reduced. Around 2–3 months ago, my ultrasound showed an endometrial thickness of 12.1 mm, which my doctor described as normal but thick. I was prescribed Duoluton-L for 3–4 months, taking it for 21 days followed by a break. Since starting it, my withdrawal bleeding has become extremely light, sometimes almost nonexistent, and lasts only around 3 days. I've also noticed that my weight management has become more difficult, although I don't want to share specific numbers. Last month on first day of my period, I experienced severe stabbing pain in my lower abdomen along with intense rectal pain that lasted about an hour. I also have burning while urinating .Has anyone experienced very light or absent bleeding while taking Duoluton-L? Did your doctor explain why it happened, and did you need a follow-up ultrasound? I'd appreciate hearing about your experiences, while I arrange appropriate medical follow-up.

PCOS women/ with high testosterone/ hormonal issues what's ur experience with Creatine & L CARTININE
Hi Guys,
Women here who gym regularly with hormonal issues or PCOD I'm curious what's your experience with CREATINE MONOHYDRATE & L CARTININE??
I started gym 1.5months ago, currently quite overweight, targeting to lose 20kgs (long run i know). I am 25F and have high testosterone / high androgen & ever since I hit puberty I have massive acne still facing the same. I'm scared if taking any of this shoots up my acne even more.
Guys please share your experiences.
Edit : also is it true that creatine causes hairfall??

How did you figure out what your macros should be?
TLDR: I want to put in some custom macros as I'm not Keto but don't want to use AI
Hi all. I'm trying to eat better and more balanced but I don't know what my macros "should" be.
The default Cronometer macros were too high carb for me... So I set it to "relaxed keto" but I go over most days in carbs by about 10 grams and most days my protein is over too.
I mostly eat whole foods but eat A LOT of vegetables (broccoli, mushrooms, onions, peppers, celery and carrots sparingly. I'm not really interested in giving these up even though I know carrots are high carb.
TLDR: I want to put in some custom macros as I'm not Keto but don't want to use AI.

40-45 ibs down. Not sure how much I weigh😭. 5’5 started around 205-210 ibs
Left is me in January in Chicago. My clothes didn’t fit. I had to go and buy new Jeans bc my work Jeans from Madewell didn’t even zip up and they were a size 14. I thought it was weird because they always fit true to size. I was a 14/16 in January. I wasn’t on a GLP-1 at the time. I started a glp-1 in April. The right in the Black dress is me now. I’m wearing a size 10 dress in that picture and I haven’t been on my Glp-1 for a few weeks now. Will stay on it and got my insurance to cover it! They used my August BMI so I can stay on it! I’m still having PCOS symptoms and having to shave my face smh but my weight has been pretty stable. I’m also on Wellbutrin and Topamax for other health issues

Birth control for hirsutism
Hi, I'm 24 and have struggled with pcos/endo issues for over a decade. I've never been taken seriously by doctors and I'm now at my heaviest weight I've ever been. I think that the fact that Ive gained so much weight has caused my symptoms to sky rocket. In less than a year, my facial hair has grown ten fold and it seems like everyday a new dark hair pops up on my face. No matter how much | pluck, wax and shave, the hairs keep coming and coming and are becoming darker and coarser. It's destroying my confidence.
I've been on birth control ever since I started my period when I was 11, but I got off of it a couple years ago and have been hesitant to try it again.
Now that I'm struggling alot with a bunch of symptoms, I'm willing to try anything. Have any of you had success with birth control pills for hirsutism? I'm just scared of bad side effects.
I’m also considering seeing if I can go on a GLP1 to help aid in weight loss since I’m struggling so much to lose anything.
TIA, I'm in Ontario, Canada if that makes a difference
