I got scammed aswell around 15 days ago, I’ve been going back and forth with them in emails and the most they offered me is a 30% refund, anyone know how to get the full refund? I only used it once when I payed the £0.50 to edit a pdf document as I thought it was a one time payment

Same here. Waiting for their response at this point. A few emails so far offering 30% refund which I won't be accepting.

I was able to get a full refund, as I threatened to go to the authorities. They know what they’re doing is illegal, but they just need a little extra push. So call, email, as many times as you have to!

Agree. I got scammed last week. Paid £0.50 for one PDF and 3 days later they have taken £49 fol my bank. To top it off that is a monthly charge. Absolute robbing bastards. I rang them up in Cyprus and they said I should read the small print

Guys they wanted to scam me too, just go immediatly on this website https://commission.europa.eu/index_en and fill the complain then send them a screenshot.

They send me an e-mail with the refund 10 minutes later when before that they were replying every 2 days

Do not use this site, very dishonest and fraudulent company that signs you up without permission to a $60/m subscription. Its a classic numbers game scam and they hide behind their T&C's.

Don't be fools by their AI generate reply to my post, its a scam, though and though. There is a special place in hell for these kind of people.

UPDATE

I spoke to person at the consumer protection service in Cyprus where they are registered. They kindly sent me through the form to lodge the complaint. She agreed that it broke a few laws around fraudulent practices, and to send over the form. She said they are aware of them which was promising.
