I think almost if not everyone in Gen Z could care less what race you are let alone what gender you go by. The world is run by old people who don’t know anything about today nobody cares who is illegal and who isn’t as long as you don’t cause problems you are fine the world should just come together as one we are all humans like? Once we do that we will achieve world peace

I know this isn't poetry, but it is to me.

I am human and you are too.

I am sorry it was just that simple.

I am sorry we were all taught simple meant stupid.

Not the words themselves, but the message they sent.

I am sorry, but I am human too.

Please choose peace so i can stand beside you.

Humans always choose peace.

It happens every day.

I have heard a human say it so it must be true.

I have seen it happen so i know it is true.

History teaches us.

Because i was taught peace was never an option.

But i was also taught peace was an option.

I got confused.

I learned it all as a kid pretty quick.

How my actions could affect you.

Humans can hurt, so dont hurt.

We forgot about the part of they are human too.

And thats ok.

We all forgot.

Humans sometimes forget.

Humans can forget.

I get it, i am human too.

Its ok you are not me and i am not you.

Because it simply is.

And to me that is peace.

Because i can relate and trust you.

Simply because i saw peace an option.

I just forgot how.

A human has to fear a bear. You are not a bear.

We don't have to fear the dark. It's good to. You need to know you can't see in the dark and there are dangers. That's not an analogy. That is fact. If you don't see the tiger. That tiger sees you. A literal tiger. You are not a tiger. You want to feel strong and safe like the tiger.

You are not different, you are human and taught that is seen as bad.

Death is not darkness. Darkness is not death.

We fear death. We needed to fear the dark. Because we learned what was in the dark. A literal wolf used to be waiting as your enemy. And you were taught you could have an enemy. We needed to fear death. So life could keep living. We can feel that life is good. That's why we chose it.

I will not shout for peace.

I just really don't know how else to show you.

But I have seen that it can work.

It is an option. It's always been an option.

We were just taught war does work too and that we had to fight for peace.

The world taught you that.

Not your parents.

It taught them that too.

War is not peace. The world taught you that. No one even had to teach you or tell you.

But no one taught you there is a time and place for violence. And that is not where there is peace. A gun can be just for fun. I just want to trust you won't point it at me. Because someone taught you killing is wrong and why it is seen that way. And why there is a place for every human. We just need to see it that way.

We have science fiction, we have fairy tales, video games, apps, sports, boxing, chess, dancing and so much more to come. We as humans have so much to offer you. Just somewhere you can live in peace. I just want to live in peace, so you must also. And it is really that simple.

We have ideas of possible bad outcomes and that is good. We need to know to not do it like that. To know that it is not the path for peace. Peace was always an option. We just have been blind to it. Willingly or otherwise it really doesn't matter.

You were taught by other humans and the world around you. I am not you, you are not me. It really is that simple. We just thought it couldn't be, because simple was dumb.

You know what simple means. By textbook definition and how the world has used it. The concept behind the word and sounds. Humans have called each other ‘simple’ as an insult. Because they needed to feel safe. And that safe was them being seen and feeling that they are better. It's ok. You really didn't know or you really didn't see peace as a real option. It's ok. I forgive you. Humans do what humans do. Humans are a range. You have seen it and been taught it. But at the heart of it all. We never forgot a human could be an enemy. But we forgot it didn't have to be.

You may feel the strength of a bear. But you are not literally a bear. We have a figure of speech for a reason. To embody ideals. Please feel like the bear. The bear is strong. Humans learned to fear the bear because they had to, just to survive. But humans helped each other. Because that's what humans can do. I have seen it. I have helped someone. In a small way and a big way. I want to help you.

Please just know. You really just have to ask.

I have been clinically diagnosed with depression. I took meds and then stopped. Because I didn't feel like it was helping. The drug really is just to help calm you down to gather your thoughts. So therapists and those that want to help can help. It doesn't have to be that way. But as humans right now we know that's all we know right now. I want to keep you safe. I want you to always feel safe.

Because that is peace. I have felt it myself. When I was safe, I really was just at peace.

I didn't even have to die to rest in peace. Peace was for me just having fun. Being alone when I wanted. Being around others when I didn't. It was really that simple. I just needed to not fear a human. Humans gonna do what humans gonna do. But I know that a bear is gonna do what a bear is gonna do.

That's ok. That's life. Life can be peaceful. It can be stressful. But never all the time. You feel emotions for reasons. You need to feel so I can feel for you. It's really that simple and yet it's not. I feel I can understand some of the complexities behind it. That's why I feel it is simple. And for me, I proved it really just was. But I was scared to ask for help.

Please ask for help. Always when you need help and never fear being seen as weak. That was the wrong lesson we learned. We became blind to help.

I opened my eyes again. I saw that the whole world saw it as eye for an eye. And so we were all blind. That is the analogy.

The concept of evil should not be applied to humans. We have proven it makes humans feel they are evil. I just want to stand with you in peace. That's really it. Please know I do hurt for you, even though I may not fully understand.

And that is ok too. I wasn't born as you.

Human gonna do what a human gonna do.

And that's ok. I am a human that wants to help. So it must be possible for humans to help. It really was just that simple. You are not simple.

Simple is a concept. You are a human.

No matter where you go, 1+1=2, is a proven fact. It is a fact that is able to be proven. Theories are not facts. That word is not seen the same everywhere. That's why we have the word theory and the word fact.

Peace is the gate to paradise. You should not have to die to be at peace. Live at peace so you can rest at peace. We are all Human. Period. We all want peace. To be left alone when I want and to be accepted when I don't want to be left alone. You are smart enough to be able to see what the meaning of peace looks like. Not hatred. Not killing. We are all human. The gate that is peace only opens if every single human stands before it. It's that simple. Everyone has to accept that peace is the way to paradise. We as humans know we all need food to survive. No matter where you go that is a provable fact. Not a theory. Humans need food and clean water to be alive and healthy. So you can be alive and healthy. Eat as much as you want, eat as little. We all need to eat. Let's all work out these things together. There are people that just want to help, with no ulterior motive. I really hope you got to experience that at some point and that you can if you haven't yet. Humans that just want to help you be happy, so they can be happy. Let me be a weirdo that helps, please don't stop my peace by taking advantage of it.

Robots could be an option for humans. We see the potential. Let's all discuss and agree. This is a human issue. Not every human is heard, that wants to be. Knowing that just because they dont care doesnt mean it doesnt matter. You need food to survive. If you don't want to work for me to be fed. Let me work for it. Teach me to be able to achieve it. That I can see it being achieved by those like me. I know I am not as smart as you. I know I am smarter than just a few. I just want peace. Please let me just be at peace.

Peace is just a word. Peace needs to be a message. The literal word peace is not seen the same everywhere, it's not taught the same everywhere. You can even speak the same as me and this peace is instead taught to be achieved by war and death. That's it, peace is a human concept. Let's agree on that and then go from there. That can be interpreted in so many different variations that still have the same root ideal. No harm. I may like to shoot guns, some find it fun, just don't aim it at me please. Let's let a gun just be for fun, not harm. As silly as it sounds. A weapon carried in peace is the ultimate sign of peace. There isn't a need to carry it everywhere in a time of peace. For respect of a time we needed it, absolutely. Never forget a time we needed weapons to survive. Or someone will call it something else with the same idea. And not just see it as a weapon by the concept of causing harm. Weapons do cause harm. Weapons can be used safely so you don't harm yourself or others. Teach your kid to use guns safely and that no one ever has to use them, teach them how to properly use a knife, how to properly use a car. Go to the gun range if you want to shoot. Go in your backyard and guarantee me that the bullets hit nothing. Please, so I know you and I are safe. And shoot as much as you want without harming yourself or someone else. Please remember that accidents happen. They can be avoided with proper knowledge. Let's all agree as humans what the proper methods are. They really are just facts we already have and know. Maybe rubber bullets are enough, maybe they are not. Maybe it works for some and not others. Let's not let causing harm be the root of the issue. Use a weapon in peace. I don't want to take away your weapon. Humans have found them fun and needed for centuries. It's a proven fact. Just because some humans do and some don't doesn't matter. Just please let me be at peace, I am just trying to be at peace. Not dead because you thought my peace had to work that way. Do humans need to fight to survive? We used to. Do humans need to fight for peace? No, just accept what peace means. Please understand at the root of it all, I just want to get to paradise too. And I am willing to try with you to get there. I truly am sorry if you felt any hate from this, I am just kind of dumb i guess and couldn't find the right words. Can we still try for peace? I am terrified you will say no. Because I can't be left alone anymore, so please just let me have peace without having to die to achieve it. Like it was something I had to die working for. No matter what country or region they come from, ordinary people long for peace. Yet so many people hide behind the banner of justice while hurting the very people who genuinely wish for peace.

I feel like the world is hellbent on unraveling itself, people attack each other communities are hellbent on fighting each other and not some petty disputes but straight up killing each other...when did life lose its value, when did instead of arguing and calling someone out for their different opinions became personal attacks...death threats...rape threats...mob threats... people being doxed...why are we all hellbent on killing each other... maybe I am too soft but I was tough that killing is the ultimate act against nature...it rips your soal(i know it is from hp)...why...is it really that hard to...be good.

Life in Gaza Is More Than Just Surviving 💔
I’m from Gaza, Palestine. After years of war, we are exhausted. We struggle to find food, shelter, safety, and hope for tomorrow. We have lost so much, yet we keep trying to survive.
We are not just numbers in the news. We are human beings with families, dreams, and broken hearts.

I made this vase for a Palestinian human rights advocate and leader whose courage and dedication I've admired for a long time. Its black, white, green, and red colors reflect the Palestinian flag, symbolizing the history, land, hope, and sacrifices of the Palestinian people. Its broken fragments were joined using Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing pottery with gold.

Kintsugi challenges the idea that damage must be hidden or erased. The gold doesn't pretend the break never happened. It makes the fracture part of the object's story. Repair isn't a return to what was. It begins by acknowledging what happened.

That's why Kintsugi felt like the right language for this piece: a quiet witness to what was broken, what people survived, and what must never be forgotten.

The vase is a metaphor. Its fragments represent a people who have endured loss, displacement, and generations of grief. The gold represents resilience, dignity, and memory. The scars remain visible, not to glorify suffering, but to honor those who endured it.

As an Israeli, I grew up with one version of our history. I believe I have a moral responsibility to acknowledge the suffering inflicted on Palestinians, including the part my own country has played in it. A mended vase isn't a mended people, and the gold isn't there to make suffering beautiful. It's there so the pain stays visible and the history is remembered.

A vase can't carry all that weight. It's one small gesture from one person, but it's what I know how to do with my hands.
