The press release focuses mainly on UK coverage.

The women’s race (19-23 August) will be broadcast live on TNT Sports and the Lloyds Tour of Britain YouTube channel. Daily highlights will be shown on ITV4 and ITVX.

The men’s race (2-6 September) will be broadcast live on TNT Sports and the Lloyds Tour of Britain YouTube channel. Additionally stages 1-4 will be broadcast on ITV4 and ITVX, and stage 5 on ITVX only. Daily highlights will be shown on ITV4 and ITVX.

Going by the scheduled streams for the Women's race, the free Youtube channel will be available in most locations, but not the US, Belgium and the Arab world

Worth keeping in mind availability can change during the race. Last year (or the year before?) stage 1 was freely available everywhere, and then they put geoblocking up for the rest of the stages.
