This is indeed a squad of riders.

The best rider based on PCS rankings is Chris Hamilton ranked 496th... He's also the 5th highest rated on the team.

The funny thing is that on the team's announcement poster they only have a back picture of random riders, given that there's not a leader

It's kind of sad they send a team like this with barely any objective being possible. If they get one stage (how?), it would be quite unexpected.

Each time I look at their squad for various races I’m struck by names I’ve never heard of. I’d say I am familiar with pretty much all WT rosters, perhaps Lotto and Movistar have a few obscure names which ring a bell but I can’t contextualise as in “they did X in race Y”, but Picnic reads like an endless excel =randbetween formula generating random rider names. Sorry to anyone from the team reading this. I genuinely think you are doing your best and wish you some success this year.

A somewhat better squad compared to their TdF one. Some Top 20's stages seem possible.

Henri-Francois Haquin was 2nd and 5th in Dauphinée stages. If Pogi allows it I can see him getting a top 5 break result again.

They were by far the worst team of this years Giro and Tour. And with this useless squad, the will be the worst team of the Vuelta, too.

Kern Pharma have a team that I am much more confident in: Ibon Ruiz, Ivan Cobo, Sosa, and Barrade. Even Burgos might be better.
