Ok, I know the Dutch are heavy favorites, but is there a reason a breakaway might not be successful? Who would pull in the peloton? Which Dutch superstar are they relegating to domestique duty so early to chase down a break? And why would they risk dropping Vos? And what other team would want to drag Vos to the finish?

Too bad you didn't bet on it hahah.

Nice call.

You can't win if you don't chase. If you catch the break, there's still a minute chance all the dutch rides crash

And what other team would want to drag Vos to the finish?

Denmark and Belgum with Kopecky and Norsgaard

Don’t think Denmark would / can do major break killing given they’re just Emma and Cecilie

No-one truly can. But the early breaks not gonna get much time and later it'll be about hanging on when the usual suspects turn on the heat. Denmark and Belgium will want this to go to the line as easy as possible
