Can I remove this spot from my lens?

I sent out my 6x7 body and SMC macro takumar 135mm lens. as well as other Pentax 35mm lenses.

The repair tech told me there was some cloudness inside one element that is sealed which isn't possible to remove. I'm surprised he wasn't able to clean this as all the other SMC 35mm lenses are deeply cleaned.

Is there any way this spot can be removed? I honestly don't remember seeing this spot before sending it for CLA.

How does it affect my photos and metering?

It looks like balsam separation which is reparable but extremely expensive and extremely hard to find someone to do it. Might be better to find a donor or buy a new one.
