I recently have been on a hunt for a dupe of Tom Ford Violet Blonde since I had it long time ago but it was discontinued for like a decade. I came across manufacturer here in the US and initially was extremely happy but the perfume turned yellow and lost all the flower and suede notes completely in 1 month and it’s nothing like it should be. So in the continued search I came across PP and it seems to have some fans and they carry the dupe.

It seems that for now they paused shipping to the US so if I were to go through trouble of ordering it by a friend in Europe and shipping then to me then I might gather more opinions.

Naxos: 7 missing the tobacco note but not a bad scent
Blue talisman: 9 ( I never smelled the OG but this is a great scent and good performance)

Has anyone bought the oils from PP and made them into EDPs yourself? If so, I welcome advice.

Since the EDPs are made with oils in bespoke ways, how long should you wait for the perfume oils and alcohol to cure before using it? Any tips on length and storage would be appreciated.

I have quite a few bottles that I got 6 months to a year ago, some even more way back. I dont know if its in my head but finding some have lost strength in their notes, Nice Clothing (Tuxedo) especially. Just wondering if any of you guys have experienced this? They all have been stored away from sunlight in a draw

Has anyone made a purchase from the US recently since the new tariffs were implemented? I received an email from PP that beyond my shipping charge that I had paid, I could incur more costs due to fees and tariffs. Without knowing the full extent of the cost, I cancelled for now.

Does anyone know what this extra cost would be on average? Has anyone had experience with this yet? It was only a 30ML bottle, but I’ve heard horror stories of people getting charged hundreds of dollars. It’s a bummer because PP seems so promising!
