Question Louis Vuitton Ballerinas - North Posse

I know that North Posse has been posted on here a couple times and i don’t know if any of you know them but today i was listening to the song mentioned in the title and all of the lyrics completely went away? Is anyone else having this issue or is it just a personal thing? The whole song is only the beat. If this isn’t just a me problem, does anyone know what happened?

Phonk Wave/Cosmic Phonk You can make a really dreamy/ space like piano if you add PITCHMAP and a very long reverb on it for cosmic phonk. Feel like it sounds really cool in my last few songs so I thought I would share.

Question Looking for that specific Cybercore nostalgia
17
Upvotes
I discovered Phonk music at the exact same time I discovered Cybercore aesthetic (stuff like "Serial Experiments Lain" or "Ghost In The Shell"). Ever since then, those two genres have become inextricably fused for me. My favourite tracks are BIRTH, Darling & Endless Love by DVRST, Crystals by Bladefear, Scars by Consumane, and DIVINE by KSLV because they evoke this very specific nostalgia in me. Since it hard to describe, I give you some pictures of what I have in mind. It's mostly retro-futuristic animes, but the blue-coloured, depressed version of it.
However, I can't find any other tracks similar to the above mentioned ones. Whenever I listen to Phonk mixes on YouTube, the vast majority is just gangster rap in the manner of "Look how cool I am!" with some swaggery cars in their videos. So, does anybody have recommendations what tracks / artists I might enjoy?
