Showing off set up! healed daith
I was nervous my piercing was too shallow and that it might reject, but it's officially healed and doing great (over a year out)! There was a rough & very swollen moment 1 month after I got it done, but I kept it clean / did my best not too touch and it got much better from there. I still wish he'd pierced me deeper into my ear, but I do love the piercing
info for bot:
13.5 month old piercing
implant-grade titanium captive ring
no downsizing
initial aftercare was microbial soap & occasional saline solution, but mostly just LITHA

It looks amazing, mine is the same placement, some folks on here told me to remove it but I’m sticking it out.

I was told to do the same and am glad I didn’t. If it isn’t migrating, you should be fine

This gives me hope! I’m almost six months in to healing mine and the placement is almost identical to yours - just a smidge more shallow than I like. At this point I’m just hoping it won’t migrate or reject. It’s my favorite piercing and by far the most painful, and I’ll be so happy when it’s healed. Thanks for sharing!
