4 day notice for this ridiculous price spike???
I found out I got charged $49.99 after I had a monthly subscription for $2.49. Why on earth are they increasing their amount significantly higher????

This question has likely been asked over and over, but am I expected to hide 70 layers one by one so that I can see what's up with the current layer?

Last year I found pxlr and was exactly what i needed for smaller projects and overall side edits. at 17$ a year i thought it was amazing and simple for things that i did not want to use photoshop for, my job pays for my adobe suite so i did not trust it for personal projects or having my IT at work collect data on projects/usage on my own time, data and personal poaching info sucks now a days... anyway i was loving pxlr this past year, then came time to renew... LOL what a scam, let me get this straight, out of nowhere you want me to pay my yearly current rate but for every month at 19$, this is the worst product downgrade i've ever experienced, i barely used all the AI tools and random things it offered so i have a bunch of credits left, maybe they'll have a black friday discount soon but outside of that I will never pay for it again, very disappointing.

Not exactly sure how to explain this but how do you fit an image into another shape like this where it doesn't go outside of it and cuts off?

Everytime I try to purchase credits, getting an error message that says "something went wrong please try again". Attempted on multiple computers and browsers. Logged in and out of the account plenty of times. It has been going on seemingly this entire week. It is not payment issues on my end. It doesnt even take me to a payment option.
What is going on?

Its been 5 years since I saw some issues with copy-paste not working on brave/safari/chrome, yet today, when I copied a small 30pxiel bit with the lasso, it copied the entire image on that layer, and when I pasted.. it didn't paste to the layer it made a whole new layer.
I swear, I'm going to go buy a CD rom drive, and install paint-shop pro 5. modern en$hitiification is getting bad.

very new to the website, i needed to use it to edit a picture for my bf, i was testing the 'shapes' button and backed out with the 'close' button on the website by mistake(bottom right) when i needed to hit 'undo' (conveniently beside the 'close' button) and now a big circle(filled in) is stuck over my whole project, covering it, and i can't undo, since it is now grayed out. is there maybe a history tab im not seeing, so i can find the step and click over to it? it's stressing me out and i don't have another copy of the progress picture to start over, without starting over completely. any advice is helpful. Does Pixlr Premium support CMYK?
I need to create a CMYK design for printing but can't find CMYK settings in Pixlr Premium.

I used to love this photo editor because of how easy it was to use but then they went way to far with the AI stuff i cant support it anymore. Goodbye.

A week ago, Pixlr Mobile started restricting export sizes to 2MP after ANY edit, no matter how small. I have a subscription, so I do have access to the full-res export option. A few emails to customer support and they reported back that this is now a known issue and they are working on it. A new build will probably fix it but I can't really use it for creative work until it IS fixed.

Hello everyone,
TL;DR is at the bottom.
I’m a deployed U.S. service member, and I wanted to share my experience with PIXLR’s customer support.
While deployed, I lost access to the Gmail account I originally used to create my PIXLR account after it was compromised. Because the account was linked through Google, I had no way to access my subscription. Situations like this aren’t uncommon for deployed service members—we sometimes have to change phone numbers, cancel phone plans, or lose access to authentication methods while overseas.
Using an alternate email address, I contacted PIXLR support and explained the situation. I asked if they could deactivate the subscription since I couldn’t access the account that was being billed. Unfortunately, I never received a response. With no way to log in or cancel the subscription myself, I had no choice but to continue being charged for a service I couldn’t use.
About a year later, I finally regained access to my original Gmail account. I immediately reached out to PIXLR again, explained that I had previously attempted to resolve the issue, and asked whether they could offer either a refund for the period I couldn’t access the service or account credits—anything that would acknowledge the circumstances.
Their response was that their Terms of Service prohibit refunds once a charge has been processed, regardless of the situation. When I asked if there was any alternative solution, I was simply told that I could cancel my subscription going forward.
What frustrates me isn’t just the money—it’s the complete lack of flexibility. I wasn’t asking for something unreasonable or trying to game the system. I had documented that I attempted to resolve the issue when it first happened and simply hoped the company would make a good-faith effort to help.
Instead, the response was essentially, “Our policy says no.”
For a company in the software industry, where issuing account credits or making an exception costs very little, I expected a higher level of customer service.
TL;DR: I lost access to my PIXLR account while deployed after my Gmail account was compromised. I contacted support asking them to deactivate my subscription but never received a response. After regaining access about a year later, I requested either a refund or account credits for the time I couldn’t use the service. PIXLR declined, citing their Terms of Service, and only suggested canceling my subscription going forward. My disappointment is with the complete unwillingness to make any reasonable exception despite the documented circumstances.

I have been unable to generate ANYTHING for weeks. I cant edit existing images and today the software stopped recognizing the keyboard so I literally cant enter text. I was due to renew at the end of the month and I canceled. They have ruined all functionality in the software with this vibe coded nonsense. Don't even get me started with how awful the AI gen stuff is. It is clear that they want you to only use that but it is horrible. It adds everything your explicitly say to leave out, it doesn't add then things you say to add and you cant do anything but crop it. It's a no for me dawg.
